Job Summary:

The Hot Dog Cart Operator will be responsible for preparing and serving hot dogs and beverages from a mobile food cart. This person must ensure food safety compliance, excellent customer service, and efficient cart setup and breakdown at each location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate hot dog cart in approved locations
• Grill and assemble hot dogs with toppings
• Handle customer orders and process payments (cash or mobile apps)
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards during operations
• Track inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Assist with transporting cart to and from locations if needed
